Can´t release blocked order

Hi everybody,

we have an order that is blocked in GTS because of an SPL hit. Unfortunately I can´t release the document because the delivery has already been processed and we released it already before releasing the order. It seems that if the delivery is processed no changes are possible concerning the status of the order. Is this correct? How can we release the order?
