Generic Object services button missing

Hello Team,

 

For test user id i found the issue that user is not getting Generic Object Services button. My user ID has this push button and my id is maintained as "Dialog" user while the test user id is maintained as "Service" user.

 

My guess is that, due to the user type system is not displaying the Generic Object services button but not sure if it is the perfect solution as i am not able to change the user type and test.

 

I have have below queries

 

  • Is there any other authorization issue due to which the button is not getting displayed other than user type?
  • How to trace the missing objects for authorization if missing?

Hi All,

                 Whe I was trying to created delivery document number in unicode system I got 'SAP GTS: Legal control: Item (000100) not transferred' this errror.

 

 

Could you please anybody help me out on this.

Hi guys,

 

When we create outbound delivery for a sales order we are getting below message .

"SAP GTS: Legal control: Item (000010) not transferred".

Could any body help in this issue.

Special Matter of Fact does not exist - ATLAS

Hi guys.



Anyone came across this in-completion error - 'Special Matter of Fact does not exist' and solution for the same? Facing this error while checking messages (in-completion check).When I click the error message it takes to documents tab at header level. Here I tried many things but still not able to find the solution.


process: ATLAS German exports

Message: M0940

GTS ver 11.00.

 

Any help on this appreciated.

Document locked for material license but license is maintained

Hi All,

 

 

Sales Order is locked for material license in GTS even though material was under the no license required.

Getting the error " Could not find any import/export licences" ..Enclosed is the snapshot of error for reference.

I have checked the Legal Regulation & License Type and could see ECL99- No license required is maintained.


I have searched the forum and didn't find relevant to my issue.


I am new to GTS and need your expertise to solve this issue..

Why does my license have negative quantity depreciated amounts?

I set up a Quantity Control License 

 

 

Attributes of my Quantity Controlled License are:

Status = Active

Materials = product number and controlled quantity

Quants =  includes quantity, qty depreciated, remaining quantity automatically updated by system when shipment documents are posted

 

 

I'm finding negative amounts in the qty depreciated columns. 

Why is that happening and how do I fix?

Outbound Customs Processing Activities

Hello All,

 

I have a question regarding messages for Export Declarations.  We have setup our Processes and Activities for PLDA to have 4 different stages (Export Declaration, Export Declaration Accepted, Print Export Declaration and Receipt Export Confirmation).

 

Today when an a material is going to Turkey from Belgium, a form is needed and this is being done under a Message in the Communication Tab before we process the M7100 Export Declaration.  Due to changes we now need to process this document after the Export Declaration has come back due to needing the registration number on the form.

 

The problem is once we process the M7100 Export Declaration, the document moves from Export Declaration to Export Declaration Accepted and I no longer have the message to process for the Turkey form.  I have tried adding it to the Export Declaration Accepted Activity, but it will not appear until both the I6100 Message (Status Response Export) and I6110 Message (Release Export) have been received. 

 

My question is how can I make this message for the Turkey form appear before I have both the I6100 and I6110 message?  I have looked through the configuration settings and I cannot seem to find an activity sequence or similar field to make this happen.

Dear Expert,

 

I would like to maintain new commodity codes for non-EU countries (UAE, Russia and Switzerland) in GTS system for EXPORT only.

 

What configuration steps do I need to follow ?

Do I need to define any new numbering scheme if so how and which one I should refer ?

Anything needs to be configure for Unit of measure ?

 

Appreciate if you can confirm at the earleist.

Use of BAdI /SAPSLL_CUHD_PROP for text fields

Hello together,

 

I have to create a data proposal for text fields on custom document header. Therefor I found thread data proposal for a text on the text tab that worked great! Problem here for us is, that the text field in the data proposal can only take 100 characters, that´s too small for our needs.

 

Therefor I thought to just insert a "code" including a text-id and text-name from SO10. With this I thought in a BAdI implementation of /SAPSLL_CUHD_PROP I can manipulate the data proposal, read with the "code" from data proposal my text out of SO10 and then populate that text in the target field of the custom document header.

 

Anyway, I get stucked with the step of implementing the BAdI. I cannot find the text fields there in the data structures? Is this correct? How are you using the BAdI /SAPSLL_CUHD_PROP, maybe you have an example?

 

Any other suggestions how to achieve to get default text data (~500 digits) (based on FTO) into my custom document header is appreciated!

Bonded Warehouse : Error while transferring Proforma Invoice

Hi Experts

 

Proforma Invoice of Bonded Warehouse scenario is notgetting transferred to GTS. When we checked "Transfer Log of export" we got the below message.

 

" No Custom Warehouse Stock with category Duty Unpaid available for Product ......"

 

We checked the Custom Warehouse standard reports i.e. "Display Duty-Unpaid Individual Stock Items" and also "Display Opening/Closing Stock" and found that stock for the same material exist in the system as Duty unpaid stock.

 

Any inputs on why we are getting the error when stock is already present in GTS.

We would like to understand the usage of this guid as we are not able to understand why we have this guid in the /SAPSLL/PREVD table.

Dear all,

 

In customs export for Germany (ATLAS, Approved exporter), i am wondering how did you set up the request of cancellation message M0930 (E_EXP_CAN).

 

Do you have a specific and optional process activity for this message?

 

Also, do you use the processing status 4A (PROST) in the data defaulting to activate this message?

Getting GTS error when saving sales order

HI Experts,

 

I am getting below error when trying to save sales order.

Can you please suggest what needs to be checked in the GTS system as I am relatively new to GTS.

 

We have license determination implemented in our system. Also it seems issue is not related to material and customer as we were able to create sales order with same material some days back.

MIGO allows PGR if PO blocked under GTS Legal control only, SPL and Embargo are released

Hi Experts,

 

During goods receipt posting through transaction MIGO, system allows me to post GR for below case.

 

PO blocked for GTS Legal Control but it is released for Embargo and SPL (we have implemented Compliance Management object only).

Under same condition, system does not allow to post GR through transaction VL32N.

 

Before plug In upgrade from 7.1 to 9.1, system never allowed to post GR through both transactions (MIGO and VL32N),even if PO blocked for Legal control only.

 

One more point : If PO is blocked under Embargo or SPL, transaction MIGO does not allow GR posting.

 

 

Could you please help me to understand why SAP has different behaviour for same GTS block in different transaction after new plug in update.

PO with texts items.

Hello Experts,

 

Please let me know how to transfer PO's having texts line items.

 

I have seen some post where they said we cannot transfer such PO's.

 

Also I cannot use any exits for skipping the checks for such PO's. I still want to check for Embargo or SPL.

 

By any chance I can control this by configuration?

Case Managment Issue

Hi GTS Experts,

 

We use case management, whenever a customer is blocked, we create a case and based on authorization, it will goto respective User for approval.

Approval user gets the message in Business workplace.

The approval successfully able to release the block - either Reject/Approve.

But Issue was when the Approver executes " he gets a pop up message ----- Using desk "DD"

Path for approving used : Tcode sbwp-  Inbox -Workflow/grouped according to Task/process case

Could you please assit me.
