Configuring OGA Codes under Settings for Measures in document determination

We have recently upgraded our development GTS system from SP7 to SP15.  I have noticed after this upgrade the folder for Measure Types is no longer part of the dialog structure for number schemes.  We had several OGA Codes defined under the measure types in our non-upgraded GTS system.

How are these now being configured under IMG --> Numbering Schemes --> Settings for Measures in document determination --> Numbering schemes --> Settings for Measures in Document Determination?  I am not familiar with this configuration and am not sure how to use it to re-add our existing OGA codes and the new ones recently released.

Discharge transit document not generating

Hello Team,

 

I am working for configuring Discharge transit document. I have completed below configuration

 

1) EL document is activated for Customs Processing

2) Legal Regulation is created and activated for Country of Plant

3) Necessary configuration for transit is completed

 

But the customs document is not displaying in /SAPSLL/CUHD table.

 

Could you please help me to resolve this issue

License determination based on BP business area

Dear GTS experts,

 

I am facing a business requirements for compliance where a given license type is required depending on the customer's business area.

 

E.g: if goods are sold to a distributor license XYZ is required, if sold to an end customer no license is required

 

Another example: sales order should be blocked if classified goods are sold to a specific business area: transaction is fine for research industry but not for food or pharma.

 

Has anyone faced this situation before? If yes what was the approach to deal with it?

SAP ERP and SAP GTS on the same client

Hi,

 

   I understand SAP suggests to use different system or at least a different client for SAP ERP and SAP GTS, else the performance will be drastically impacted. As it would require additional infra and cost for setting up a different system, how about suggesting a same client for both ERP and GTS (all software components in the same client), this will reduce the need for duplicating the master and transnational data. Carryout the GTS related activities also from the same production client as that if ERP.

 

Please suggests the Pros and Cons, so that I can analyse and guide the client accordingly.

Consistency Check- Content Migration of Schedule B numbers

Has anybody come across duplicate records during content migration of Schedule B numbers in GTS? While perfoming the consistency check of the existing numbering scheme USSCB on GTS 9.0 we get the error "Consistency check for source scheme USSCB fails". On analysing the data very closely, it's found that the customer has loaded the HTS and Schedule B numbers on the same numbering scheme USSCB. So SAP is treating each of the Schedule B/HTS numbers as duplicates since only the external record id on them is different. As we know, HTS/Schedule B is not a one to one match, wherever we have a one to one match, it has created duplicate entries. Has there been any report by SAP which allows us to remove the entries for the consistency check to be completed? Without the consistency check being completed, it would not allow us to perform the migration to the new numbering scheme. Has anybody worked at another customer like this where they loaded Schedule B and HTS numbers to the same numbering scheme? BTW, the customer is using both of them  Schedule B and HTS on the same scheme since they receive it in either form for their products from the vendors.

 

Any thoughts?

Dangerous Goods Information (EHS) in GTS

Hello All,

 

I am working on EHS integration with GTS and understood that GTS provides the Compliance check functionality for the dangerous goods / Hazardous Substance Management relevant to Quantity and country validation which is controlled in Compliance Management (Import and Export).

 

Along with above information, I understood that the table /SAPSLL/LEGCUS holds 2 fields DANGO (Dangerous goods) and DANNO (Dang. Goods No.) which stores the information related to Dangerous goods.

 

  1. Could you please help me that how the DANGO and DANNO fields are filled / mapped with ECC / EHS? Where can I find those fields in Customs Declaration?
  2. If the EHS is implemented, does the GTS checks related to Hazardous substance checks required?
  3. The EHS Hazardous substance check functionality is used in Compliance management. So is it used in Customs or any other sub module in GTS? as I am not able to find any relevant configuration in Customs management?
  4. What outputs / reports are used for Dangerous goods (EHS) in GTS system?

Need a program i.e. BAPI/BADI to create License information for Legal regulations in SAP GTS

Hello,

 

I need a way to create License information for different Legal regulations in mass.

 

We searched for BAPIs but could not find any.

 

Using Batch data would not be possible since there is an editable ALV right in the middle of the screen.

 

 

Please let me know if any of you have done such stuff or have an idea.

Migrating Global Trade Services Datasources From Development into Quality

Dear All,

 

GTS is new in our SAP BI system and I've migrated all standard content datasources from our development to quality unsuccessfully.  The transport failed with the following message:

 

System Response

 

The imported data for data source  was deleted again since the referenced source system does not exist and no mapping to an available productive source system is defined in the RSLOGSYSMAP table.

 

Procedure

 

Create the referenced source system in the Data Warehousing Workbench or define a mapping to a known source system in the RSLOGSYSMAP table.

 

You get to the maintenance by choosing Tools -> Conversion of the logical system names.

 

Though I've passed the message to our BASIS Team to make the entry, I would like to further assist them to determine if there are any other 'configuration' entries on the SAP BI side for GTS since it's being newly introduced.

Legal Regulation- License Type Not Determined

I have configured Legal regulation for export. Everything is fine , but license type is not getting determined. Not able to understand why. Please advice where I am missing something. Will really appreciate your guidance.

Hi GURUS,

Sorry..I search the thread but i can'nt found the solution for the below error..

Please any one help me...?

SAP GTS: Legal Control: Purchase order ........ is locked

 

My PO shows in GTS sactioned party list screening --> Display Technically Incomplete Documents-

 

But what to do after that or what config missing i dont know..!!

Manually attach documents in Customs Declaration

Hello,

 

I know attachments be be linked to a Customs Declaration via transaction /SAPSLL/ECC_EDI_MES. Is there a way for a user to manually attach and un-attach PDFs, Word Documents, etc. to Customs Declaration?

Email addresses for Business partners

Hi ,

We have a requirement to purge out email addresses for

 

1. Specific business partners  - BP nos would be provided by the customer.

My understanding is that the Business partner information is stored in the table BUT000 and that the email address information is stored in ADR6 table.

 

I could identify that ADR6 and ADRC join on Address number and Person Number. However, am not able to identify the common link between ADRC and BUT000..

 

Can you kindly advise if I am looking in the correct dimension and alternateively help me with the set of tables and the join logic between them,

 

 

2. Email addresses specified in the SPRO configuration for Action Definitions( Customs Management)

This information is again stored in ADR6.. How can we identify the mapping between the Action Definition and the email address from the backend tables and purge the same from all the involved tables.

What would be the tables involved.

                 Whe I was trying to created delivery document number in unicode system I got 'SAP GTS: Legal control: Item (000100) not transferred' this errror.

I am new to SAP GTS module. I searched in various forums but not sure what is UI used for GTS module.

 

Is it same GUI like ECC modules( SD, MM , FI etc) or is it based on portal?
